Shipments are occasionally disrupted due to weather conditions beyond our control, or seasonal holidays. Customers whose orders are affected for more than 48 hours due to these circumstances will receive a message regarding the delay.
Standard shipping orders take 3-7 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our facility. Shipping is based on stock availability. In some instances, your order may ship in multiple shipments (due to product and warehouse availability) if you require standard shipping. We may use different carriers for each shipment. We do not ship orders to PO Boxes. We will only accept orders with shipping addresses that indicate a physical address (home or business address).

Products that are lost or damaged in transit.
Products marked delivered by the post office. You will need to contact your local post office to obtain information regarding your package.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
The client is responsible for entering the shipping address correctly. We will not be held responsible for any package shipped back to us due to an incorrect address. If you decide to cancel your order or change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change quickly.
